Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Most of our products are made to order to ensure freshness. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped out within one business day. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready. You will be notified and a tracking number will be provided.
Returns of unopened, unused products must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. If for any reason you would like to return your product, please call 415.794.4894 to obtain a “return code” and the address to return the products to. It’s probably a good idea to ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery.
For health and safety reasons, opened and used bottles and products cannot be returned. Returns must be in resale-able condition to receive a refund. It will also have to be shipped in the original box and packaging or similar to ensure the safety of the glass jars in transit. Once your return goods are received by us safely, You will be notified and a credit (total minus shipping) will be issued to the original form of payment. It will take about 2-3 days for the credit to show up. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and you are responsible for shipping charges for returning the items.
Our products are custom, made to order. We order supplies for your products quickly to make sure your order is created and shipped in a timely manner. Once your order has been “Checked Out” it can NOT be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order right after you check out, you will have to wait for the products to arrive and then using the return process above, ship them back.
